Providing dumpsters and solid waste services has become a multi-billion dollar industry. Landfills are destroying our environment. Criminal elements of our society see misusage of dumpsters as a way to escape justice. Good, law abiding citizens are hurt in the process. This site seeks to educate and inform the general public with regard to how dumpsters are misused by criminal elements of society. You are invited to explore and learn about dumpster misuse. Constructive solutions for this increasing problem and civic action are suggested and proposed as ways you can help.

Dumpsters are frequently misused. Few communities have laws which appropriately regulate the usage of dumpsters or if they do have laws regulating usage they are not always enforced. Those who misuse dumpsters should be heavily fined to serve as a deterrent for such misuse.
Cities which have relaized the necessity to stop the misuse of dumpsters have adopted laws which require that USERS of dumpsters, not haulers, must be licensed. You can help by taking the following actions:
When misused by criminal elements of society dumpsters are dangerous and deadly. Yet dumpsters are not regulated, do not have locks and latches and can often be ordered by anyone giving a credit card number over the telephone.
You can help. Work with your city officials to pass news laws that require that all dumpsters have a large skull imprinted upon them, not smiley faces, not flowers or teddy bears, but skulls.
Dumpsters should be imprinted and stenciled with skulls because dumpsters are deadly when misused. Just like bottles of poison originally carried a skull and cross bones to signify the ingredients were deadly, so dumpsters should be imprinted with large skulls to educate people that they are deadly. Dumpsters contain garbage, hazardous waste, filth and disease. Therefore it is reasonable to pass laws requiring that all dumpsters be stenciled with giant skulls!
With your help we can end the misusage of dumpsters and stop the criminal elements of our society from using dumpsters in ways they were never intended to be used.
It just make good sense. All dumpsters should have locks and latches. This would help stop criminal elements of our society from gaining unauthorized access to dumpsters and misusing them. Every maker, distributor and supplier of dumpsters should be required to install locks and latches upon every single dumpster.
